We carry all the top brands, and convert our own paper stock too, under the respected jetPRO and rePRO brands. We even have our own fleet of delivery vans to save you on courier time.

Aarque have a solid history of growth and adaptation to new and changing markets.
1948
The British firm Harding & Hallden establish in New Zealand, mainly as a coater and converter of sensitised media for the Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Survey industries. 
1968
Renamed to GAF Corporation, previously part of the German IG Farben group including brands such as Bayer, AGFA, Hoescht and Kalle. 
1982
Aquired by US based Richard Quintus Anderson, who changes the name to Aarque – contains the initials of his name and positions us first in the phone book! 
1988
A series of NZ ownership changes at the peak of the share market, including Chase Corporation, Anzon Investments and Solander Holdings. 
1990
Listed Australian Investment group Hancock Gore Ltd create merger with Office Graphics, Smileys Wholesale, Littlejohns, Ace Drawing Office Supplies and Aarque Systems to form Aarque Graphics NZ Limited. 
1992
50% of Aarque Graphics NZ acquired by New Zealand shareholders the Monte Carlo Group – we become the only Aarque name remaining worldwide, retaining a brand held in high regard in New Zealand. 
2007
Going from strength to strength, Aarque buys Frontline Technologies Ltd to continue our strategic focus in New Zealand. 
2010
Rebrands to Aarque Group Ltd. Creates dedicated industry task groups to meet challenges of rapid, diverse growth in the digital print industry.
2011
Tuscany Enterprises 2011 Ltd acquires 50% shareholding formerly held by Australia’s Anitech Pty Ltd. Aarque Group is now 100% New Zealand owned and operated.
March 2014
Aarque Group acquires 100% of Alpha GMP Prographics Ltd a leading supplier of print finishing equipment and consumables in the NZ market.
October 2014
Aarque Group announce the appointment of Leo Bult and Jason Bult as joint CEOs, succeeding Peter Bult.
2018
Aarque Group joins forces with BJ Ball NZ as part of the Ball & Doggett Group to become a subsidiary company of BJ Ball NZ.
2019
Aarque Group acquired competitor business Jenrite to increase value-added offer to wide-format customers .
2021
